Hi my name is Graden Leong and im a professional martial artist, natural bodybuilder, school teacher and business owner.
I’ve been studying martial arts from the age of six, in karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu. From this I’ve achieved 4 world martial arts titles as well as earning a 3rd dan black belt.
In 2011 I entered 3 major natural bodybuilding comps earning myself two 2nd places and a first place at nationals, earning the australian titile "MR AUSTRALIA".
In 2013 I competed again for a second season, earning 1st place at South Coast and 3rd place in a very tough line up at the Sydney Championships. I had then entered the Asia Pacific International Champions earning a 2nd place in the short class and 1st place in the U65kgs.

My goal is definately to compete again in 2013 and come back in even better condition. I am my own competition and I always try to be the best I can be. It's also been my dream to open my own gym and my dream and hard works is coming into fruition in March 2013!
Competition history? Most memorable ones are the 1st time I competed in the ANB Sydney & won my weight division, best posing routine & overall champion in 1998.
Since then numerous regional & state & National tiles. In 2008 I won the WNSO FAME amateur Worlds.
In 2010 I placed 3rd in my Pro debut with the WNSO in Las Vegas & 1 week later 4th in the Heavyweight division(I am a light-heavyweight but they only had Heavy at this show) of the Musclemania Worlds also in Las Vegas.
Best to date was the 2012 Musclemania Worlds where I won the Light-Heavy div & placed 2nd in the overall.
Trish received a call from Antonietta Jones notifying her of her selection for the ANB Team competing in Las Vegas in November 2012 and was a tad speechless… hahahah
Competing in Vegas was a dream come true as one of her goals was to compete internationally. She learnt so much and was thrilled with coming 6th against world class athletes in her field in her first ever year of competing. Stepping on that stage was surreal and one of the proudest moments of her lifeand for the first time was actually proud of herself
Previous Sporting Achievements:
Throughout my life, I’ve always been involved in being active, and participating
in different sports for fitness purposes like soccer, swimming, cycling & more
recently weight training.
2012, was my first year as a Male Fitness Model, competing here in Australia, firstly
at the Asia Pacific Championships in Queensland on my 45th birthday and then at
the ANB/Oxygen titles in Sydney.
My first competition, I placed 5th in the top 5 male fitness models and i recently retuned
from Vegas, where I placed 3rd in the Fitness America Male Fitness Model Classic
Goals and plan for the future
To represent Australia, competing overseas in an international bodybuilding event, and to continue training and competing, and remain associated with the sport of natural body building in some way. Weight training and body building has been a large part of my life, and like many others it has been a hugely positive experience. One of the best experiences I have had is the people I have met and friends I have made along the way that share the same positive outlook and energy toward strength and physical fitness.
