Cert III & IV in Fitness

Jabfit trainer

Placed 2nd Townsville Coral Coast figure Masters 2014 (ANB)

Placed 5th Asia Pacific Gold Coast figure Masters 2014 (ANB)

Feb 2013 was a size 14,68kg and 28% BF and walked back into the gym after a 20+ year break to gain my fitness levels back. My goal was to step on stage at APAC 2015 but decided to do it a year earlier. I stepped on stage at 51kg 10.8% BF. I am 49 years old and you are never too old to start a Journey. Here in Gladstone there are no trainers that can prepare you for a chomp but there are a lot of women and men who would like to complete but not sure how to go about it.. I trained myself as many people thought I was stupid to even think about what I was doing..Trainers just wanted to put me on a treadmill and said that I shouldn't be doing weights at my age.. That puts a  lot of people off but I had the support of mu partner who also competes and my children.. People have asked me what do I do, how do I train, where do I get my costumes etc, same questions that I had..I would like to help those who would like to compete wth their preparation and their journey as I have been there..
