OBSTACLES YOU HAVE OVERCOME
It was in Feb.2011 when I decided to get my Body in Shape and get 6pack once in my life! Diet and weight training was the right way for me to achieve my goal. In June I’ve decided to compete in Figure. I wanted to be on stage once in my life, to have that feeling. My coach gave me the right Diet and Training I followed. I’ve been very good all way through. I was very excited to compete in Sep. 2011. All what was in my mind was to be in the best condition as I could be. I’ve been very strict with my Diet and Training. And my dream came through!!! Since Feb. 2011 I lost @ 10kg of my weight.
I feel AMAZING AND SOOO HEALTHY AND HAPPY! ;)
Nothing can beat that feeling!
I love my healthy lifestyle, my trainings, Diet I can’t live without it anymore. That’s my live! I have passion for weight training, Love hard work, discipline and healthy – clean food.
I train 5 days a week, about 1h. a day – weights. And 2-3x a week do incline walking on treadmill or just walk @ an hour outdoor.
I love everything about Fitness and Body building in hand with Nutrition.
FUTURE GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS
I want to keep Competing in Figure. Definitely in 2012!
My biggest goal is get a sponsor and do Best of the best I can get.
Because I work at the gym people keep asking me how did I get body shape like this, what is my diet looks like etc. So I would like to keep helping people to get their goals, how to lose a weight and with their training.
I want to LIVE, BREATH, HEALTHY LIFE!
