Just a reminder that this year the Sydney Championships being held this weekend on the 20th May 2012 will be held at the Marconi Plaza, Prairie Vale Road, Bossley Park NSW 2176.

General Admission Tickets will be available at the door.

Pre-judging starts at 10am with the finals at 4pm.

With competition season well under way and just 5 weeks away to the upcoming Natural Mania Physique Championships being held May 26^th in Victoria this show is shaping up to be another great event!

I recently took over Leisuredome Gym in the suburb of Beverly Hills in Sydney. Many athletes have written post comp articles - all you need to know is to BE SMART! Do not put your value of being a good person on a trophy or a title. If you did your best, BE PROUD! If you could have improved in areas - you have LEARNT. Take these things away from what you just did and move on.
