On the weekend we were lucky enough to hold another Get The Edge Pre-Competition Workshop where over the weekend we saw over 50 bodybuilders get together around like minded people and learn exactly what it takes to be a natural athlete!

We were lucky enough to have the Get The Edge Team all together once again and look foward to the next workshop in Sydney Feb 26th 2012 at Penrith Gym Fit4All and the amazing masters champion Sam Mammo who is getting behind helping us with the workshop.
