I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to thank you for the truly fantastic event which I was lucky enough to participate in yesterday.

I truly had a great time competing in the men's novice division, I placed 4th from 5 competitors, most people would be disappointed with that result, but the size and conditioning of the novice men even though it was a small line up was amazing, and I was just happy to be up there with them.

I also received some really positive feedback from one of the judges, that will help me in the off season to come back with a bigger, but more important better physique so I can challenge for a higher place next time round.

To summarise briefly I had a fantastic day, and I'm left with nothing but positive memories, and some new friendships that will continue for many years to come. after all... I guess that's what this sport is all about. so it goes without saying that I will be back next year.

I just have to look into the Nationals now and see if I can afford to go, as I'm sure this would be anbother fantastic event. and i would have a little bit of time to improve my physique 1 or 2 % and use what I have learnt to come in as best as I can.

Thank you so much for your time

Would just like to say thank you for an awesome story on Sam...... definately deserving of the "champion" title.

Very inspiring. I am competing in May in Sydney and hope to see him in the audience so I can shake his hand.

Also another thanks to the ANB for the proactive approach to their competition calender this year, it is really good to see that the federation is taking their competitors interests into consideration.

This is why competitors keep coming back.

Thanks again

:-)

Congratulations to both INBA and the ANB, I went to a heap of comps this year and most were poorly run with hardly any bodybuilders, but the INBA and ANB shows I saw were great, keep it up boys.
